Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from date of provided Tax Invoice of your purchase, so please ensure you contact us within that period with any issues or concerns about your order to sales@strongholdcoffeeco.com.au and a customer service representative will be in contact.

If the product you receive is incorrect, the wrong grind or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement.
Please email your details including invoice number and a brief description of the problem to sales@strongholdcoffeeco.com.au 

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your email request and all correspondence via email.

Change of Mind

For non-coffee products, unfortunately we don't offer a refund for change of mind circumstances.
For faulty products, please email sales@strongholdcoffeeco.com.au with details including invoice number and brief description of issues. 
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We can't exchange on change of mind coffee orders.
